JOB DESCRIPTION - Student Acquisition Trainee
Location: Bangalore
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Type: Full-time | In-office | Entry-Level

Role Overview:
As a Student Acquisition Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for students who wish to study abroad. This is a hands-on training role where you'll learn the ropes of student counselling, lead management, and business development. You’ll work closely with our Business Development team to convert student inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Handling: Call and follow up with student leads generated through marketing campaigns, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
- Tele-Counselling: Explain available study abroad options (primarily UK, Ireland, Europe) and guide students through the initial steps.
- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of communication with students and track status in the CRM.
- Walk-in Support: Assist counsellors during in-office counselling and documentation collection.
- Event Participation: Support local student events, seminars, and university meet-ups.
- Target Support: Work towards daily and weekly conversion goals under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.

Who Can Apply:

- Fresh graduates or final year students from any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (both are must)
- Willingness to learn, make calls, and talk to students and parents
- Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Immediate joiners preferred
