**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct orientation to all new students.
- Coordinate with trainees on the regular basis
- To help in planning and coordinating consultancy projects
- Build rapport with students and encourage them to develop trust in one another so they can rely on each other in the field.
- Resolve conflicts and other issues of trainees
- Communicate with parents whenever necessary
- Ensure trainees not to dropout from the batch by motivating them
- Implement strategies to manage trainees with approvals
- Administer and provide assistance to all enrollment process and prepare placement reports and facilitate.
- Supervise trainees while on shift, ensure that trainees adhering to the training policies and procedures
- Flexible with working hours and multitasking ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct periodic review of trainees behavior
- Flexible to travel to different states till the project completion
- Facilitate to the exam preparation and arrangement
- Prepare all resumes and conduct interviews with students and provide assistance to all and review all procedures of placement departments.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Reporting Manager

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
