We're looking for a driven Sales Executive/Tele Caller to propel our Tours and Travel business forward. If you're passionate about travel, possess exceptional communication skills, and delight in delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you"
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Outreach**: Contact potential clients through phone calls to promote travel packages and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads to convert them into bookings.
- **Client Engagement**: Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, packages, and promotions.
- **Booking Assistance**: Assist clients in the booking process and handle inquiries related to travel arrangements.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain follow-up with prospective clients and nurture leads through effective communication.
- **Record Keeping**: Update and maintain client databases and booking records accurately.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and a good understanding of various travel destinations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
