You're joining us at an exciting time, working directly with Polaris School of Technology (PST) , a pioneering initiative by Classplus. PST is a cutting-edge tech school dedicated to shaping the next generation of tech talent in India. As part of this initiative, PST offers a unique 4-year Integrated B.Tech program in Computer Science, featuring a hands-on curriculum that immerses students in coding from day one. Our program operates from a corporate campus in Bengaluru's Wipro IT Park, positioning students right in the heart of India’s tech scene. 

You’ll guide students through real-world challenges, facilitating project-based learning and helping them develop the skills needed to become future tech leaders.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage student-led events, clubs, hackathons, and workshops.
• Develop structured engagement strategies to improve student participation.
• Plan and execute fireside chats, community mixers, and campus-wide activities.
• Work closely with student leaders to create a structured approach to student
initiatives.
• Track and measure event participation, feedback, and overall engagement
impact.
Requirements:
• 1-1.5 years of experience in event planning or community-building roles.
• Strong organizational and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.
• Background in tech preferred but not mandatory.
Success Metrics:
• Increased student participation in events and club activities.
• Successful execution of high-quality engagement programs.
