We are building a platform for millennial moms to surround them with support at every step of their parenting journey, right from planning a baby to 12 years of child. Their nuclear family status and dual role of professional life & managing home make them hard-pressed for time. On top of it, their parenting journey is broken and time consuming - they discover on social, research on google ( only to get overwhelmed ) and buy online / offline.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, your primary focus will be on running and managing ads, finding and managing influencers on Instagram and YouTube, and collaborating with the design and content teams to create and manage our digital social calendar.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of digital marketing and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Running and Managing Ads:

- Create, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve ad performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and make recommendations for ad creative, targeting, and landing page optimization.

2. Finding and Managing Influencers:

- Research, identify, and engage with relevant influencers on Instagram and YouTube.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and collaborations with influencers to promote our brand, products, or services.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide reports on campaign performance.

3. Collaboration with Design Team:

- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives.
- Provide guidance and feedback on design concepts to align with marketing goals and target audience preferences.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all digital marketing materials.

4. Collaboration with Content Team:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Assist in content creation, including writing blog posts, creating social media content, and producing multimedia assets.
- Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.

5. Social Calendar Management:

- Assist in creating and managing the digital social calendar, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating content releases.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, engagement opportunities, and potential content ideas.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and maintain a positive brand image.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and trends.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook

Business Manager).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**The duration of the internship and potential for full-time employment will be based on performance and business needs.**

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: ₹2,500.00 per month
