**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Parent Relationship Executive who will be responsible for fostering positive, effective and empathetic communication between parents and the institution. This position serves as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring parents are informed and engaged in their child’s experience with the institution. The Parent Relationship Executive will work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience and promote a nurturing relationship with parents.
**Quick Snapshot - Key Responsibilities**
**Primary Point of Contact for Parents**:
- Serve as the main liaison between parents and the institution.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, and feedback from parents.
- Communicate key information, such as program updates and events to the parents.
**Admissions**:
- Following up with all enquiries on a timely basis
- Managing all enquiry related information on an enquiry management platform (presently Leadsquared) real time
- Walking parents through campus (campus tour)
- Scheduling student and parent interactions
- Communicating admission results/updates
- Updating requisite student database and vacancy sheets (or their equivalents)
**Conflict Resolution and Issue Management**:
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues raised by parents, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Utilize active listening and empathy to understand parent concerns and resolve problems effectively.
**Relationship Building and Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
- Regularly check in with parents to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.
**Collaboration with Other Departments**:
- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure there are no fees outstanding for students. In cases of outstanding fees ensure resolution and communication
- Share insights from parents with relevant departments to enhance the overall quality of services or programs.
**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in education, communications, psychology, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client relations, or a similar role within education or childcare.

- **Organization**: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer Service**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools for communication and record-keeping
