**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic public relations plans that effectively promote the organization’s mission and goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Coordinate and manage public relations campaigns, including press releases, social media content, and community events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, community leaders, and educational partners.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, public perception, and industry trends to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Organize and lead informational sessions, workshops, and meetings for parents and students to foster engagement and address relevant issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to track the effectiveness of public relations efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-profile projects and campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting compelling messages and handling sensitive issues.
- Proficiency in public relations software and social media platforms.
