Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. As a PRO, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's public image, handling media relations, and developing effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, pitching stories and securing coverage.

2. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to achieve organizational goals.

3. Crisis Management: Handle crisis communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to media inquiries and public concerns.

4. Content Creation: Create engaging content, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications.

5. Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the organization's online reputation, addressing any negative feedback or comments.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: Experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

4. Media Knowledge: Knowledge of media trends, outlets, and protocols.

Nice to Have

1. Crisis Communications Experience: Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.

2. Social Media Expertise: Expertise in social media management and content creation.

3. Networking Skills: Strong networking skills, with established media contacts.
