**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Organize and coordinate public events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception of the brand.
- Maintain and update company social media channels and website content.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align PR efforts with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices in public relations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer, PR Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Experience in digital media, social media management, and content creation is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of PR tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
