Job Title: Public Relations Officer

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer to manage and maintain a positive public image for our organization. As a Public Relations Officer, you'll develop and implement effective communication strategies to build relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, pitch stories, and secure media coverage.

2. Press Release Development: Write and distribute press releases to share news and announcements with the public.

3. Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the organization's reputation.

4. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms to engage with stakeholders, share information, and build brand awareness.

5. Event Planning: Plan and execute events, conferences, and press conferences to promote the organization's interests.

6. Content Creation: Develop and create content, including press releases, media kits, and social media posts.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and industry partners.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in a corporate or government setting.

3. Skills: Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Knowledge: Knowledge of media relations, crisis communications, and social media management.

Nice to Have

1. Certifications: Certifications in public relations, such as the Certified Public Relations Professional (CPRP) designation.

2. Industry Experience: Experience working in a specific industry, such as healthcare, finance, or government.

3. Social Media Expertise: Expertise in social media management, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
