**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Public Relations Officer to manage the organization’s public image, foster strong relationships with the media, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The PRO will be responsible for creating positive publicity, handling media queries, and ensuring effective communication across all channels. This role requires strong media connections and frequent travel for events, press meetings, and stakeholder engagements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Maintain strong connections with journalists, editors, media houses, and influencers.
- Write, edit, and distribute press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other PR content.
- Organize press conferences, media meets, and promotional events.
- Travel to different locations for events, media coverage, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and competitor activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries and crisis situations.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of media interactions, event participation, and PR outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a PRO, PR Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong network and established relationships with media professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Languages].
- Willingness to travel extensively as per work requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PR tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,173.89 - ₹43,748.60 per month
