4. Strategic Communication Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement campaigns to raise awareness of the organization’s programs and initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Foster relationships with community leaders, donors, and partner organizations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and initiatives.

6. Content Creation:

- Write and edit articles, newsletters, and social media posts that highlight the organization’s activities and successes.
- Create compelling narratives and case studies to promote the organization’s impact.

7. Social Media Management:

- Oversee the organization’s social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

8. Event Management:

- Plan and coordinate events, including fundraisers, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of events.

9. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations on communication activities and outcomes for internal stakeholders.

10. Training and Development:

- Provide media training and support for other staff and volunteers who may represent the organization.

11. Advocacy:
