**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential clients and explain our services.
- **Inbound Query Handling**: Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-ups**: Identify prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- **CRM Management**: Keep records of conversations, leads, and conversions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Share client feedback and improvement suggestions with the sales team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Ability to engage customers and convert leads.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with lead management tools is a plus.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

**Work Mode**: Work from Office
**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday
**Timings**: 9 AM - 6 PM
