Job Title: Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the products/services and stay updated on any changes or enhancements.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with existing customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet organizational goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or relevant field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive and professional attitude.

Location : Hyderabad

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
