**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Provide detailed product/service information and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update data in CRM systems.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and Word.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Excel (ability to create and manage reports, use formulas, and generate graphs) and MS Word (document formatting, creating reports, etc.).
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

**Desired Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles.
- Knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas is highly desirable.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with flexibility for weekend shifts, if necessary).

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
