**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our services or products.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with both existing and prospective clients.
- Keep records of calls and customer responses in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to pass on any valuable leads and ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and be persistent in achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
