We are looking for a Telecaller to join our educational institute in Hyderabad. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, providing information about our courses, answering inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
- Provide information about the institute's courses, fees, schedules, and other details.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and enrollment targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Target-driven and goal-oriented.
