Telecaller Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

**About Us**: We at Goldsikka are looking for a motivated telecaller to drive the growth of our user base by promoting our gold saving app directly to potential customers.

**Position Summary**: A telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers via phone calls to promote, sell, or provide information about products or services. The primary goal is to generate sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth through effective communication and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships to encourage future sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to create opportunities for sales.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products or services to effectively answer questions and provide accurate information.
- Customer Feedback: Record customer interactions and feedback to contribute to product/service improvements.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase to encourage conversion.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to maximize productivity.
- Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
- Language: Telugu, Hindi, English.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

**Work Environment**:

- The position is typically office-based with a significant focus on phone communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
