Our client company Native Techies is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging potential and existing customers to promote our services, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are persuasive, and are driven by customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and customer feedback in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer outreach.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to the team’s objectives.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and professional on calls.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or related customer management tools.
- Strong listening and persuasive skills, with attention to customer needs.
- Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
