Job Title: Senior Tele caller

Location: Madhapur | Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Tele caller to manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth patient experience. The role also involves guiding junior tele callers and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound patient calls and appointment bookings.
  • Provide information on doctors, services, and procedures.
  • Maintain patient records and coordinate with hospital departments.
  • Guide and train junior telecallers.
  • Resolve queries and escalate cases when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 2–5 years' telecalling/customer service experience (hospital/healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital services and scheduling systems.
  • Team-handling ability and empathy in patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
