**Job Title: Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator**

**Salary : 15 to 20k**
**Experience : 2+ Minimum**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for both making outbound calls to potential customers and accurately entering data into our systems. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers over the phone to promote our products/services and gather essential information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Explain our products/services to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during phone interactions.
- Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately into the database.
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our offerings.
- Perform data entry tasks such as updating customer information, processing orders, and inputting sales leads.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by verifying entered information and correcting any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data handling and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide timely reports on call volume, sales, and other relevant metrics to the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers effectively over the phone and build rapport.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using computers and data entry software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or data entry will be a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center equipment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
