**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels remain high.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, and service) to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services.
- Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and interactions.
- Support the sales and marketing team in client retention activities and promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
