**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, providing support, managing complaints, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services that may be of interest to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ensure the resolution of issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, support, etc.) to address customer needs and enhance overall service.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., telecommunications, banking, etc.]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
