- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
