**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements, skills, and organizational fit.
- Stay updated on current technology trends, tools, and market movements in the IT recruitment space.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in **IT recruitment** (either agency or corporate).
- Good understanding of various technologies (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, etc.).
- Proven experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in niche IT hiring or start-up environments.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
