The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates while ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding technical requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand role requirements, skills, and organizational fit.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, and referrals.Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through preliminary interviews.Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems regularly.Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.Stay updated on current technology trends, tools, and market movements in the IT recruitment space.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IT, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (either agency or corporate).Good understanding of various technologies (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, etc.).Proven experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.Preferred:Experience in niche IT hiring or start-up environments.Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.What We Offer:Dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.Exposure to diverse IT domains and clients.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for learning, upskilling, and career growth.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork Location: In person
