**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **train ticket bookings, cancellations, refunds, and TDRs** via IRCTC and B2B rail portals
- Ensure **compliance with Indian Railways Act**, IRCTC rules, ID proof validation, TDR eligibility
- Handle **Tatkal, RAC, emergency quota, and group bookings** efficiently
- Address **passenger grievances** and escalate to legal or railway authorities if required
- Maintain records of **legal issues, cancellations, and refund claims**:

- Support in **contract drafting for railway tour packages** and coordinate with railway authorities for bulk/VIP bookings
- 1-3 years of experience in **railway ticketing or IRCTC agent operations**:

- Knowledge of **railway ticketing rules, refund policies, travel laws**:

- Basic understanding of **legal compliance and documentation**:

- Proficient in **Bengali, Hindi, and English**:

- Good communication, customer service, and issue resolution skills
- Familiarity with IRCTC agent login or B2B platforms is **mandatory**
