**Job Title: Sales Executive - Travel & Tourism (Sales Closer)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Explain travel packages, pricing, inclusions, and itineraries to clients.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure service delivery.
- Maintain a high closure ratio by effectively overcoming client objections.
- Build rapport with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Update CRM or internal tools with customer interactions and booking status.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel & tourism or hospitality.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred).
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
