**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

**2. Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
- Analyze consumer behavior and industry developments to improve marketing strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports

**3. Branding & Communication**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop creative and compelling marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases.

**4. Event & Campaign Management**:

- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand exposure.

**5. Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to execute marketing projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.20 per month
