Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Honda BigWing showroom in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a superior buying experience for our premium motorcycle customers.

  • Key Responsibilities Engage with walk-in customers and understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct test rides and deliver an outstanding showroom experience
  • Maintain customer database and follow up for lead conversion
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth delivery and post-sale support
  • Stay updated with Honda BigWing product range, features, and promotional offers
  • Candidate Profile Experience: 1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales preferred
  • Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Personality: Smart, confident, and goal-oriented
  • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and Bengali
