We are a fast-growing travel and tourism company specializing in **B2B and B2C travel services**, including flight ticketing, hotel reservations, customized holiday packages, and corporate travel solutions. Our focus is to expand our market reach and strengthen relationships with **travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators**.

We are looking for **dynamic, result-driven, and self-motivated** Sales & Marketing Executives to handle different zones across West Bengal. If you are passionate about sales, travel, and networking, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify, approach, and onboard **new travel agents, agencies, and corporate clients**.
- Develop partnerships with **local tour operators, hotels, and transport service providers**.
- Sell flight ticketing, hotel packages, visa services, and holiday packages.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** by closing deals with potential clients.
- Conduct regular **field visits and meetings** to establish strong client relationships.

**2. Marketing & Promotion**
- Develop and execute **marketing strategies** to promote travel services.
- Conduct **roadshows, seminars, and B2B events** in assigned zones.
- Promote our services through **social media marketing and local advertising**.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and digital materials to travel partners.
- Build **brand visibility and awareness** in different market segments.

**3. Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with **existing travel agents and corporate clients**.
- Provide **after-sales support**, resolve client issues, and ensure a smooth booking process.
- Offer special deals, discounts, and packages to retain clients.
- Keep clients updated about **new travel offers, discounts, and industry trends**.

**4. Market Research & Strategy Development**
- Research **market trends, competitors, and customer demands**.
- Suggest innovative ideas for **business expansion** in different zones.
- Provide **weekly/monthly sales reports** and insights to the management.
- Identify **new travel products and services** to enhance offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2-5 years** in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in the travel industry).
- **B2B Sales Expertise**: Experience working with **travel agents, agencies, and corporate clients**.
- **Travel Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of **flight ticketing, hotel bookings, and holiday packages** is a plus.
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills**: Ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication in **English, Bengali, and Hindi**.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of **GDS systems, travel portals, and CRM tools** is an advantage.
- **Travel Availability**: Willingness to **travel within assigned zones** for sales visits and client meetings.
- **Self-motivated & Target-Driven**: Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
