**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **air ticket bookings (B2B & B2C)** - domestic, international & group travel.
- Create and manage **PNRs, fare quotations, re-issuance, and refunds.**:

- Coordinate and negotiate fares with airlines and consolidators.
- Provide customers and agents with **flight schedules, pricing, and after-sales support.**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and reports.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in air ticketing (domestic & international).
- Proficiency in **GDS software** (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
- Good knowledge of **group ticketing procedures and airline fare rules.**:

- Excellent **communication and multitasking** abilities.
- Graduate preferred; **Diploma in Travel & Tourism** will be an added advantage.
