Job Title Telecaller - Sales Travel Tourism Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Location Barasat Kolkata On-site Employment Type Full-Time About the Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd is a growing organization engaged in foreign exchange travel tourism and medical tourism We provide services such as domestic international tour packages air train ticketing visa assistance and related travel solutions Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell travel services Train Tickets Visa Tour Packages Flight Bookings Handle inbound customer queries and convert them into confirmed sales Understand customer requirements suggest suitable travel solutions and provide cost-effective options Maintain and update customer database leads follow-ups and conversions Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to achieve monthly targets Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and company services Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business Coordinate with operations team for ticket issuance visa processing and tour confirmations Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling Inside Sales Travel industry preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Must be fluent in Hindi and Odia spoken understanding English and Bengali will be an added advantage Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets Good knowledge of travel industry services flights tours visas trains will be preferred Basic computer knowledge MS Excel CRM Emails WhatsApp Business Salary Benefits Competitive fixed salary based on experience Attractive incentives on successful sales closures Growth opportunities in the travel tourism industry Friendly and professional work environment To Apply Send your CV to need82humanresource gmail com with subject line Application - Telecaller Sales Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
