We re Hiring - Tour Package Executive Location Barasat Kolkata On-site Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-Time Salary Based on experience and as per industry standards About Us - Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing organization in the Travel Forex and Medical Tourism industry We specialize in Domestic International Tour Packages Air Train Ticketing Visa Passport Services and Forex Solutions We are passionate about creating memorable travel experiences and are looking for a Tour Package Executive who can deliver excellence to our customers Role Overview - As a Tour Package Executive you will be responsible for designing pricing and managing customized domestic and international travel packages You ll work closely with clients suppliers and the operations team to ensure seamless travel experiences from inquiry to completion Key Responsibilities - Design and create customized domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements Handle customer inquiries via phone email and walk-ins professionally and promptly Coordinate with hotels transport vendors DMCs and other suppliers for bookings and quotations Prepare detailed itineraries costing and quotations for clients Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed bookings Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Stay updated on the latest travel trends destinations and pricing changes Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to ensure smooth execution of tour plans Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Tourism Hospitality or any related field 1-3 years of experience in handling domestic or international tour packages Strong destination knowledge popular international destinations preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Office email correspondence and basic CRM tools Attention to detail problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a fast-growing travel company Dynamic and supportive work culture Exposure to both domestic and international travel operations Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their CV to need82humanresource gmail com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
