Job Title Tour Package Executive Location 125 2 Taki Rd Kalikapur Barasat Kolkata West Bengal 700124 Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-Time About Us Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing company in the Travel Tourism Forex and Medical Tourism industry We specialize in customized domestic international tour packages foreign exchange services and medical tourism solutions Our mission is to provide exceptional travel experiences to our customers with quality service and strong global partnerships Role Overview The Tour Package Executive will be responsible for designing managing and executing customized travel packages for domestic and international clients This role requires excellent knowledge of tourism destinations strong vendor negotiation skills and a customer-first approach to ensure seamless travel experiences Key Responsibilities Design Customize Tour Packages - Create tailored domestic and international tour packages honeymoon family corporate medical tourism etc Client Handling - Interact with B2C and B2B clients understand requirements and provide suitable travel solutions Vendor Coordination - Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines hotels transport providers and other service vendors Booking Reservations - Handle flight bookings hotel reservations visa assistance travel insurance forex coordination and ground transport Customer Support - Provide pre-travel on-trip and post-travel assistance to clients Package Costing Pricing - Prepare quotations negotiate best rates and ensure competitive pricing Sales Targets - Work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets Documentation - Manage invoices agreements itineraries travel documents and client records Market Updates - Stay updated with latest travel trends airline deals visa regulations and tourism updates Qualifications Skills Required Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Business or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a travel agency tourism company Knowledge of domestic international destinations Familiarity with GDS Amadeus Galileo MS Office and online booking portals Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple clients and multitask efficiently Problem-solving attitude with focus on customer satisfaction Salary Benefits Salary 18 000 - 30 000 per month depending on experience performance Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives on sales Benefits Travel discounts growth opportunities and professional training How to Apply Interested candidates can send their updated CV to need82humanresource gmail com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Barasat West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
