We re Hiring - Tour Package Head Location Barasat Kolkata On-site Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-Time Salary Based on experience and as per industry standards About Us Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing organization in the Travel Forex and Medical Tourism industry We specialize in Domestic International Tour Packages Air Train Ticketing Visa Assistance and Medical Tourism Solutions offering customized travel experiences to clients across India and abroad Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tour Package Head to lead our Tour Operations Department The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and managing domestic international tour packages leading a team of travel executives and coordinating closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive growth Key Responsibilities Lead the Tour Package Operations Team and oversee all tour planning costing and execution Design develop and manage customized tour packages Domestic International to meet customer needs and market trends Collaborate with Digital Physical Marketing Teams to promote packages and maximize reach Negotiate rates and contracts with hotels DMCs transporters and other vendors Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-travel feedback Analyze travel trends competitor packages and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge Coordinate with the Sales Team for package conversions and client proposals Maintain profitability by monitoring budgets margins and cost control Train mentor and evaluate team members to achieve operational excellence Manage documentation supplier payments and ensure smooth operational workflow Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality Business Management or equivalent Minimum 5-8 years of experience in tour operations and package management In-depth knowledge of domestic international destinations vendor networks and pricing models Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and travel booking systems Ability to handle multiple projects and lead a cross-functional team Why Join Us Be part of a fast-growing travel brand with multiple service verticals Forex Travel Visa Medical Tourism Opportunity to lead and build your own team Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Exposure to both B2C and B2B travel markets How to Apply Send your updated resume to need82humanresource gmail com with the subject line Application for Tour Package Head - Your Name Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
