**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing tours using GDS and other systems
- Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after tours
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for seamless operations
- Handle travel documentation, visa guidance, insurance, etc.
- Manage payments, invoices, and maintain booking records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any on-tour issues promptly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or as a tour operator (Freshers with strong communication and interest in travel may apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (GDS preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of popular tourist destinations in India and abroad
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

**Salary**: ₹15,000-₹20,000/month (Based on experience)
