**Position:

- Tour Package Executive**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Plan, design, and customize **domestic and international tour packages** as per client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and DMCs for booking and confirmation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and package costings.
- Manage end-to-end tour arrangements and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and provide timely support before, during, and after travel.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote packages and special offers.
- Maintain proper documentation and update client records in the system.
- Stay updated with new destinations, offers, and travel trends.

**Requirements:

- **
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in tour operations or package handling.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic travel software.
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
