We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Tour Package Executive** to join our operations team.

**Job Summary**:
The **Tour Package Executive** will be responsible for designing, customizing, and managing domestic and international travel packages. The role requires strong vendor coordination, client interaction, itinerary planning, and operational support to ensure a smooth travel experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and customize domestic and international tour packages based on client preferences.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity organizers, and DMCs for bookings.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and pricing proposals.
- Handle end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, transport, and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and bookings.
- Provide support before, during, and after the trip for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and pricing changes.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in creating promotional content for tour packages when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tour operations or package handling.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel software tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
