Job Title Tour Executive We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Tour Executives to join our dynamic team at Fly Creative The ideal candidates will have a passion for travel excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in managing travel itineraries and client interactions Key Responsibilities - Design and organize personalized travel itineraries and tour packages for clients - Provide clients with detailed information about destinations tour options and travel arrangements - Handle client inquiries resolve travel issues and provide exceptional customer support - Coordinate with travel suppliers such as airlines hotels and transport companies to ensure smooth execution of tour packages - Manage bookings and reservations ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and confirmed - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends popular destinations and travel regulations - Assist clients with travel documentation including visas passports and travel insurance - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and travel services - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality personalized travel experiences - Prepare detailed travel itineraries invoices and travel documents for clients Key Requirements - Proven experience as a Tour Executive or in a similar role within the travel industry - In-depth knowledge of travel destinations tour operations and travel industry practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple travel arrangements simultaneously - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a customer-centric approach to travel planning - Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software - Bachelor s degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality or a related field or equivalent work experience in the travel industry Job Type Full-time Experience - Tour planning and coordination 2 years Preferred - Customer service 2 years Preferred Language - English Required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
