**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Track and follow up on action items and tasks arising from meetings.
- Research and gather data to support decision-making.
- Ensure that the CEO is well-informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities.Work closely with other members of the executive team to facilitate efficient communication and information flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with other business-related software is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external clients.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Open to travel for business meetings and conferences.
- Go getter attitude along with a multi-tasking approach is a must have.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
