**Job Title: Personal Secretary**
**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- **Communication**:
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant parties.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Keep track of deadlines and follow-up on action items.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Arrange conference calls and video conferences, ensuring seamless connectivity.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
- Provide solutions to challenges and make decisions in the absence of the executive.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Freshers can also apply
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
