Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the resort office.
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance guest experience.
- Assist in the creation of schedules for housekeeping, maintenance, and other resort staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory for supplies, amenities, and promotional materials.
- Process and track invoices, payments, and receipts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in the preparation of promotional materials and managing social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with heritage conservation guidelines and local regulations.
- Organize staff meetings, training sessions, and special events within the resort.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any property or facility-related issues promptly.
