**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners as needed.
- Prepare and update reports in Excel and maintain databases.
- Support management in various operational and documentation tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Education**:
Graduate in any discipline
