**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team, handling daily tasks such as calendar management, scheduling, and document preparation.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in databases, ensuring all information is stored securely and accessible when needed. Handle data entry and organize files for easy retrieval.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze and streamline office processes to improve efficiency, implement best practices, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- **Internal Communication**: Serve as the point of contact for internal team members, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any inquiries.
- **Inventory & Supplies Management**: Track office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked with essential materials, including ordering new supplies when needed.
- **Document Control**: Oversee the proper management of documents and ensure compliance with company policies for document retention and security.
- **Reporting**: Prepare weekly or monthly reports to help management evaluate office performance, productivity, and areas for improvement.
- **Database Maintenance**: Update, manage, and back up various systems and databases, ensuring information accuracy and security.
- **Task Coordination**: Coordinate and track completion of various administrative tasks, delegating when appropriate, to ensure timely execution of assignments.
- **Compliance Support**: Ensure the company’s backend operations adhere to regulatory and company-specific compliance requirements.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, training sessions, and company-wide activities.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a backend operations role or supporting office management.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across departments and with different levels of the organization.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify issues and proactively find practical solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator within a team environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
