**Job Purpose**

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Continuously evolve System / Applications / Tools to cater the dynamic needs of customers and business requirement
- Evaluate and Identify opportunities to enhance system functionalities and automations
- Enhance Self Help penetration through Digital & Self Service platforms (USSD) Projects to enhance Customer experience.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Good knowledge of CRM / Systems / Applications ( IN / UPSS / CPOS / App/ USSD / BI / Reporting tools)
- Strong understanding of IT and NW Systems
- Ability to influence & drive cross functional projects
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proactive Resolution Skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA with good experience in various customer service roles
