**Job Purpose**

The purpose of the role is to support charging consolidation, operate & manage PAN India RECC platforms, Circle and MS Governance of RECC Platforms, services & end to end service availability of VIL RECC Nodes, Focus on Customer experience and reduction in revenue leakage

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for end to end operations of Prepaid Charging Platform and Governance of circle operations.
- Extend expertise/support to circle operations teams in achieving operational excellence & improve performance.
- Responsible for flawless execution of new software release roll out across locations
- Responsible for RECC outage handling and co-ordination among multi
- geography in event of any major service disturbance PAN India
- Responsible for SLA tracking of OEM and ensuring critical/major tickets closed as per target

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flow.
- Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol. Should be able to do analysis on traces/tcpdump.
- Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes.
- Should have strong experience in People management (MS partners OEM Partners, cross functional teams, Circle teams etc.)
- Understanding in Cloud technology is plus

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Engineering Graduate with 07 to 12yrs of overall Telecom experience having knowledge of ITIL processes, basic understanding of platform architecture, Protocols and Linux/UNIX OS.
- Any Hardware, networking or Cloud certification is plus
