increase in revenue Support to Circle SNOC Planning CS IT Marketing and product teams for Customer issues and product implementation Handle Security related action points and regulatory compliance Drive continuous improvement and process change suggestion to management take charge of upgrades HW replacements suggested by vendor for Data Network in close co-ordination with cross functional teams Act as Central Point of contact for all Incident Support related issues Ensure timely resolution of issue raised by RA Legal Mediation team related to Paco CDR IPDRs Core Competencies Knowledge Experience Should have prior experience of working in Packet Core Operations domain and managing various portfolios Experience on cloud infrastructure and related technologies will be added advantage Experience on implementing mass projects Good Knowledge of Packet Core Vo-WiFi Platforms along with call flow Extensive knowledge of telecom and IP domain Having sound knowledge of Enterprise IOT M2M domain to manage Enterprise related activities Should have strong experience on working with strategic partners and managing MS NOC teams Must have technical professional qualifications BE B Tech in Electronics Communication CCNA CCNP Cloud related certification would be added advantage Good stakeholder-management skills Effective communication and inter-personal skills Proactive in approach with positive attitude Years of Experience 10 years of experience Industries to look from Telecom Experience in any TSP or any Telecom OEM or Telecom with IT Ideal Organizations to look from Cisco Nokia Huawei Ericsson ZTE Mavenir or any Telecom Service Provider Direct reports NA Vodafone Idea Limited formerly Idea Cellular Limited An Aditya Birla Group Vodafone partnership
