**Job Title**: AGM - Interiors

**Location**: Mumbai
**Reporting To**: Director / Management Team

**Company Overview**:
A leading company with 28+ years of experience in the Government & PSU sectors, specializing in Civil Engineering, Structural Repairs, Waterproofing, Painting, Interiors, and BOT projects. Currently undergoing major expansion with a strong professional and technical team.

**Role Summary**:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Interiors will lead project execution and business development efforts, ensuring timely and profitable delivery of interior projects. The role includes strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and full-cycle project oversight to deliver high-quality results within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee interior project execution across multiple sites
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely, quality project completion with 15%+ profit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Recruit, develop, and manage project teams aligned with company goals
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and cost optimization
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance
- Ensure timely approvals and payments, including managing extra item billing

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- PG in Civil Engineering / Architecture with 7+ years in a managerial role
- Strong technical and market knowledge in interiors
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, tendering, and client handling
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and one additional Indian language
