AGM will be responsible and accountable for the overall smooth execution of

project and Business development of the company.

  • He will guide, direct and lead the Team.

  • Planning & Implementation of Strategies for completion of Project within Time, Budget

& with Quality & earning minimum 15% Profit for the company including Preparation &

Implementation of Delegation Policy.

AGM will be looked upon to set MRIPL overall execution strategic

direction and priorities, and monitor the performance of the company

as well as the performance of each project.

 To infuse the Core Values & Core Purpose in Employees by designing

& implementing innovative methods

 Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives,

budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share,

profitability and return on investment.

 Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to

determine whether the company is meeting its short‐and longterm

objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return

on investment, etc.)

 Develop, in coordination with the Management Team, an integrated

business plan that optimizes market share and profitability of

existing or new activities.

 Set departments' high‐level goals, objectives and plans and work

with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations.

 Prepare the Budget of the individual Projects & Closely monitor the

same, so as to ensure minimum 15% Profit including before time

completion of the Project.

Building relationship with Consultants & Client for smoother execution

of Projects

 Plan the Staff requirements & bring on Board the right Candidate/s

in line with the Vision & Goal of the company & induct them.

 Planning & Completing the Project on/before time with all due

diligence & getting the experience Certificate having appreciation

as note and for the Client, for next work, MRIPL shall be the first

name to recall.

 Closely monitoring all the Projects & Getting on time Payment.

 Capable to make & implement the extra item & get them approved

from clients.

 To ensure availability of sub‐contractors according to standardize

rates.

 Act as the principal public relations officer of MRIPL and represent

them with major customers, government entities, the financial

community, and the public.
