**Key Responsibilities:1. Moodle Setup & Customization**
- Install, configure, and optimize Moodle on our preferred server (cloud/VPS)
- Customize themes to reflect brand identity and enhance UX/UI
- Integrate third-party plugins/modules (e.g., BigBlueButton, Zoom, Turnitin)
- Configure course formats, roles, permissions, and dashboards
- Implement multilingual support and mobile optimization

**2. Content & Course Management**
- Upload and structure 100+ courses (videos, PDFs, quizzes, SCORM, etc.)
- Create templates for modules/lessons that can be reused by team
- Work with the academic team to organize content into clear learning journeys
- Set up grading criteria, completion tracking, certificates, and prerequisites

**3. Learning & Tutor Tools**
- Set up interactive quizzes, assignments, forums, and feedback forms
- Enable tutors to mark work, leave feedback, and monitor progress
- Set up learner dashboards with clear tracking and progress visibility
- Implement messaging and support ticket systems

**4. Technical Support & Maintenance**
- Ensure Moodle runs securely, efficiently, and is regularly backed up
- Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and performance issues
- Monitor server performance and ensure uptime and scalability
- Document workflows and conduct basic training for internal team

**5. Reporting & Compliance**
- Create custom reports for learner engagement, attendance, completion
- Ensure data protection and GDPR compliance
- Support audit readiness by maintaining clear digital records

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in setting up and managing Moodle (min 3 years)
- Strong understanding of Moodle architecture, plugins, APIs, and upgrades
- Experience with hosting environments (e.g., AWS, VPS, cPanel)
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, H5P, and other e-learning tools
- Strong HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL skills preferred
- Ability to translate training content into engaging LMS courses
- Experience working with course teams or instructional designers
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in education or vocational training sector
- Knowledge of learning design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Experience integrating Moodle with CRMs or marketing automation
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
